Polyurethane Progress Ltd operates from a modern processing facility based in Wakefield West Yorkshire and is constantly producing high quality goods with fast turn round times operating  24 hours a day 7 days a week. Unlike many of our competitors Polyurethane Progress Ltd operates a full ‘in-house’ system meaning none of our products are imported but all are produced onsite.

All Polyurethane Progress Ltd manufacturing, designing, mould building and engineering come from our facility in West Yorkshire United Kingdom. As a company that is still going strong Polyurethane Progress Ltd offers more experience than any other competitors combined. We are happy to say that we are 100% British Made.

A major part of our manufacturing capacity is utilised in the production of seals. They can be manufactured from polyurethane, thermoplastic rubbers, acetal or nylon. In some cases these can be produced using a combination of materials for dual hardness seals / components.

Our designs are available to customers specific requirements and we can work from a description, drawing, sample or even a dxf / pdf file. Prototypes and a sample can be produced quickly and production quantities can be delivered to tight deadlines when required. One of our strengths is our ability to offer a quick and efficient service to our customers, on both long and short production runs – either for standard profiles or bespoke designs.
