Polyurethane Progress Ltd. The first choice in polyurethane for seals and moulded products.

A major part of our manufacturing  capacity is utilised in the production of seals.  They can be manufactured from polyurethane, thermoplastic rubbers, acetal or nylon. In some cases seals can be produced using a combination of materials.

This page indicates some of the seal types that we produce and the list at the foot of the page gives a brief description of the most common types.  However, the actual range of seal designs is too large to illustrate here.

We work to specific customer requirements and can manufacture directly from drawings, samples or even from a description of seals.

Prototypes and samples can be produced quickly and production quantities can be delivered to tight deadlines where required.

One of our strengths is our ability to offer a quick and efficient service to our customers on both long and short production runs - either for standard profiles or bespoke designs.

We have the capacity to manufacture a wide range of seal sizes - from 6mm (1/4 inch) diameter to 2m (78 inches) diameter.
